Since my crew mostly came to transhumanism from primitivism it's always weird as fuck to encounter normie transhumanists who don't share all the assumptions and critiques of the modern infrastructure / tech norms we take for granted.

The efficiency of trains enabled the holocaust. You couldn't have coordinated getting 6 million people into camps with cars. Therefore the inefficiency of cars is a valid mechanism of self-defense.

ehhhhh.... I am starkly critical of centering technological efficiency as some kind of critical distinguisher of the holocaust, in many ways the tech introduced bureaucratic bloat outpaced by eg decentralized machete killings in rwanda

That's fair. Also, if trains were the problem, they could have just bombed the railroad tracks like many said after the fact they should have: centralized sources of efficiency imply centralized weak points for attack.
