As a corollary, if you believe consciousness diminishes as psychosis intensifies (as I do), reaction to religious texts (or religious statements) is also a strictly superior mirror test.

Crowley's Book of the Law is a Rorschach test with words, and like the actual Rorscach test one of its best uses is thus differentiating different degrees and characteristics of psychosis. But then the same can be said of all religious texts.
