As a chaos magician I believe that all objects are reified concepts but that this reification itself is equivalent to conjuring.
Why, are you buying? :p Alas I have none. My mind-altering technique was "get a disease of the gut, drink too much caffeine, take on tasks ten times harder than I'm capable of and go insane". Everything subsequent is probably just residual to that.
