Turns out the banner you choose to unify under will determine who fills out the ranks of your team. And if a lot of people exist in the world who by default interpret your banner a specific way while you have a more esoteric interpretation, they're gonna out number you.

And, more specifically, if you don't sort out your actually most important core ethical principles in the banner (eg "no ruling over other people"), you're gonna have a rough time when you look around one day and realize you created a safe haven for shitty folks.
