      I refuse to believe that we have simultaneous problems of dysgenics (lower classes overbreeding) and elite overproduction. Elite oversignalling maybe. "Overproduction" implies something is, in fact, produced.

      While true, you also aren't a DNA test OR an IQ test and your belief to the contrary reveals more about you than your belief about waste matter means about the waste matter. Inequality sure. I demand it actually Just not with you as arbiter. That's no improvement.

      Doesn't follow. Even selecting entirely for black people they would still probably select for the best available, some of whom are statistically bound to be actually qualified.

      True. I think understanding why the mistake was made is an important part of understanding what the current problems facing the world are though. Hint: It wasn't made (entirely) because of pathology.
