What if the deterministic implications of relativity vis-à-vis the stochasticity of quantum mechanics are evidence that we live in an environment designed by forces unknown to make all games into games of perfect information?
I have no idea about that, but reasoning anthropically, why would the universe be specifically deterministic as opposed to stochastic, with both of these things extant and one built on top of the other, unless it had implications that were agreeable to calculation and hence life?

That makes sense. Perfect information for someone, but not for us.
