Easy way to get scientists and statisticians mad: tell them that the lack of generalizability of your experience means they can't infer to its meaning or substance since you can't inductively discern a black swan from the existence of white swans.
Faster, less wordy way: Compare them to the indians who didn't know what boats were and thus got slaughtered by the people who came out of them.
