it seems to happen all the time; 1) family are a bunch of abusive pieces of shit 2) kid acts out 3) psychiatrist acts as agent of the family's abuse to cause the child further misery and potentially destroys the possibility of their normal functioning forever
Clinical Psychiatry doesn't consider the role of the observer(s) or the way they contaminate or bias measurements.
