Which under an expansive theory of personal identity, imply that those claims can't be said to be true or false. There's a couple more points you need to make the proof work on a technical level, I think.
I really hope there is not any ability to influence because if there was I would feel obligated to remain in the hell worlds for the sake of trying to make things better or lead people out of them.

It is certainly populated with demons. Whether it meets the criteria according to any given traditional metaphysics is a different question I'm unable to address. I'm not terribly well read, and there is an endless breadth and depth of literature and thought.
