If I bought nazi themed art you would use that against me. It's absolutely fair to get a read on you through your preferences. Symbols mean things.

Read opposing views and just generally less of the insular non-analytic social game playing nonsense of marxists and marxians. Being an expert in polemics and invectives makes you a sorcerer, not an intellectual.

The example I know best is probably Zinn, who contorts himself so much he takes regulatory capture as evidence against markets rather than as evidence against regulatory agencies and state power. Communism is a narrative, not a serious argument. It tries to win games, not be true

This is exemplified by the host of continentals who later go on to try to undermine the epistemological possibility of truth itself: Baudrillard, Foucault, the Frankfurt School etc. Most of whom have been gleefully co-opted by the post-truth right to some extent or another.

Sorcery is any kind of game strategy that doesn't take an honest person to deploy to a winning effect. Most things are sorcery. Sorcery works. And yes, capitalist arguments do obfuscate some things, but they aim to be true, not to be efficacious. It's a fundemental difference

All this empty rhetoric! Haha, wild of you to make such bold claims as objective truth and circularly base your argument on them when they are not true & you've done less than nothing to provide evidence.

X is sorcery because I say Y is liar's narrative and Y is a liar's narrative because I say X is sorcery. It all boils down to you don't like the conclusions of certain economists and decide to handwave it away by calling it sorcery.

And I would hedge a guess that you haven't even read many left wing books given that you assumed everyone else is similarly ignorant of opposing thought.

Not as many as I might have liked, but then homelessness, disability, full time school, full time work, and other such things have presented barriers.
