Low info and high volume of untrustworthy information seem to lead to the same types of outcomes, ie people converge on a few bounded ranges of philosophical opinions. So Naval sounds pretty trad but who knows what he's read or what he's trying to do or what or if he thinks.

It's grift. "Professional caste" Indians in particular are OBSESSED with these kind of coy, enigmatic adages, appearing sagacious, etc. It's so affected and without guile that it's actually kind of cute.
