Which people? The concept of a "volk" is often invoked by nazis to a similar end. Brute democratic majority slots in, as does "local" majority. Or a certain class of people only, as defined by ??? Or an ethnic group, particularly one said to have an original claim to some land?

Every person alive in democratic fashion. Real socialism needs to be global in a gobal economic system. But for the moment: Every person who works in a factory for example has a equal vote in what the compny does

The oppression in our current system mostly comes from economic differences and the need to make more money through oppression. Of course we also need to fight racism and other forms of oppression at ghe same time

Bit in socialism and communism people would be more inclined to give disabled people more place because it wouldn't be about endless Growth and competition but the need to make ends meet for everyone. It would be a wholy different culture than the toxic Shit we have now.

No, you've just turned an unequal but largely positive sum system into a bottlenecked centralized largely zero sum system in which everyone competes for access to the state or mediating power to get one over on everyone else.
