      No. Despite being made by a former navy seal in one case they seem to have been entirely ineffectual

      At one point the nuclear codes were 00000000, and nobody took advantage of that. I'm honestly still expecting a fate worse than death for the human race where computers capable of simulating conscious beings become ubiquitous too soon and people run vast torture sims for the lulz
