It's true that trans women aren't just women. They are mutilated women. The extent of the mutilation is roughly proportional to age of transition. That it occurs through "natural puberty" changes nothing. And it is done through testosterone and male social conditioning.
It is untrue to say that trans women are closer to men than women as a result of this process. Boy -> Man and Girl -> Women are real pathways. It is precisely because there is no path from Boy -> woman or Girl -> Man that puberty is mutilation to a trans person, not hybridization
