If you're down with it, sure. My roommate likes the idea of answering a question about pronouns with "No" Some people like the validation of being seen as they want to be, but more power to those who'd rather keep it vague for privacy or mystique
In Blindsight by Peter Watts, there's a line that says it's bad game theory to tell anyone your birthday, and I feel like it's bad game theory to tell anyone your pronouns for the same basic reasons.
