so like do I say yes because A implies B is always true if B is true even though I don't think (genital anatomy is a continuum) has any *causal connection* to (people are entitled to change their genital anatomy)

Yeah, I should have been more clear on causation. Obviously being on a continuum is not a good argument for or against anything. It was mostly included to try to undermine weird naturalistic arguments but I didn't articulate myself very well
