I completely agree with you. I will check that out. Just unfortunately they would never get hired with the way things are. There would have to be some sort of certification process that doesn't require a degree.

Yeah exactly. Doctors need that certification because it’s people’s lives they are dealing with, misinformation or mistakes are not allowed. It’s not like a software engineer that can just release a patch and things are well, or a carpenter, a designer, electrician, etc etc.
