Look, I'm an idiot, but if we're really abolishing the police in a country filled to the brim with guns then we need some sort of national ROE that everyone can agree on right? Because right now it's swiss cheese based on arbitrary jurisdiction.
Yes but like, right to detain? Right to carry anything in all places and times? If someone carries a rocket launcher into my neighbourhood, or drives a tank into it, is that aggression, or their constitutional right?
