At least 90% of 'racism' is stereotype formation, which is a basic, normal, and broadly functional cognitive process, so it isn't ever going to end unless sentient life does -- and the disappointed revolution keeps escalating.

It's a question of broken windows. Criminals will always kill criminals. When cops are allowed to kill with impunity it opens a potential floodgate of police brutality. It needs to be disincentivized.

There were 9 unarmed blacks shot/killed by cops last year in the USA, from a population of 40M. Demanding zero, no matter what's required to make it happen, isn't a plan, unless you're willing to accept Mogadishu.
