At least 90% of 'racism' is stereotype formation, which is a basic, normal, and broadly functional cognitive process, so it isn't ever going to end unless sentient life does -- and the disappointed revolution keeps escalating.

It's a question of broken windows. Criminals will always kill criminals. When cops are allowed to kill with impunity it opens a potential floodgate of police brutality. It needs to be disincentivized.

It's still possible to keep and bear arms to a reasonable extent in most of the country. I believe self-defense is an individual responsibility, and work to promote the 2nd amendment by supporting grassroots pro-gun organizations financially and trying to keep people informed.
