If you are cheering for this, you lack imagination. You think this couldn’t happen in your city? If an angry mob starts to burn it down, you now know they will tell the police to stand down, let it happen, abandon territory. No one is going to protect you.
No one was ever going to protect me. At least not on purpose. And while I don't cheer everyone being subjected to the same miserable non-standard as me, I don't sympathize with people when its the logical outcome of their own applied philosophy.
