That too. But even from a racist perspective, the hypothesis that black people have a higher propensity towards crime or violence is superfluous when differences in conviction rates can be explained easily by differences in income and IQ.

it's one piece of evidence that, with others, leads to the conclusion it's the simplest explanation and an entirely reasonable hypothesis to explain the observation of higher rates of cop brutality

Odd to imagine reality is built of a collection of simple explanations that can each be derived from a single atomic fact, with nothing complex or compound anywhere. Black criminality has much less evidence than black IQ differences. So I favor an explanation based on the latter
