That's like asking if a false construct can be part of a valid logical derivation. Like if the statement "dragons are greedy, greed is bad, therefore dragons are bad" can be construed as meaningfully referring to something, let alone logically valid.
(The problem here is the fictive, undefined mental illness. It exists as an unclear solution to an unclear problem, and proposing it as a solution without covering more ground than anyone ever has doesn't seem to imply much other than that you haven't seriously thought about it)
