Also, while nobody has a right to be GIVEN healthcare, they have a right to ACCESS healthcare they can afford in the absence of some reasonable argument to the contrary, which doesn't exist in this case.

That's not what I'm talking about. State regulations prevent people from trading hormones freely. They limit who can provide trans care without getting sued. It's not handled through a free market. Coercion is involved.

You don't seem to know anything about where trans regulations came from. They're the result of radfems influencing policy through the Christian Right. Radfems, despite their name, are fundamentally a right wing movement. They consistently ally with the right wing.
