"Any man who's afraid of hiring the best ability he can find, is a cheat who's in a business where he doesn't belong." Thinking along these lines, basically. Also about being tortured by the employees of a state run school as a child: things that would be illegal to do to POWs.
Also, while nobody has a right to be GIVEN healthcare, they have a right to ACCESS healthcare they can afford in the absence of some reasonable argument to the contrary, which doesn't exist in this case.
