PPS: I live in one of exUSSR countries - we have rich vs poor, political parties polarization, parents-kids, nationalists vs globalists, other kinds of conflicts, but zero racism here, bc everyone are of the same race...

IMO - any race that gives their carrier disability (i.e. pink or brown or yellow or whatever) should be treated as such.
