Corporations would have to actually serve the national interest as originally intended when the legal privileges of the corporation were first invented. Among other things, this would mean they would lose the right to hire whoever they want and would be forced to hire the best.
All forms of gun control would be repealed except for liability for non-background checked sales. The infrastructure for 4473s would remain in place and gun shops would have to run background checks for private sales if a private seller asks them to.

I would get rid of disparate impact and allow companies to use IQ as a hiring consideration.

Reciprocal open border agreements. If foreigners can settle in America for the sake of improved economic and social prospects, Americans should be able to settle in places where cost of living is cheaper and up and coming development affords job opportunities.
