Feng is playing Mahjong for money with the Chinese equivalent of a redneck who he deals drugs to, egging him on to make a bad decision. He gives him drugs anyway to keep him hooked. The Buddhist monk arrives and begins lecturing Feng, who was formerly a monk but was expelled.
As the monk is lecturing Feng, Ranmaa bites him in half, killing him. That's it, that's all the ideas I've been able to compress into MSpaint so far.
