Suppose you know nothing about a person empirically except that they vomit a lot, visibly, seemingly at random. This person tells you that they have seen multiple doctors but none have been able to diagnose. Do you assault this person's character and ruin their life? y/n

Right, that also seems fundamentally rude and unjustified to me, but I guess normal people do drugs/have bulemia so maybe it's justified sometimes for worthless proles who aren't me.

Conditional probability. I don't have bad character, therefore the odds of having bulimia or any other character-defect related condition should be assessed as low by people who know me, provided they actually know me. Apparently none of them did.

That's fine. It still makes little sense for anyone who knows anything about me to conclude I have bulimia or drug addiction problems, let alone to go all-in on that hypothesis after being told repeatedly that they are wrong.
