At a certain level of nihilism all skills are equal. Ability to use force or manipulation is as valid a skill as technical ability. Everything in its proper place and proportion I suppose. But a society that rewards creation is typically less traditionalist and high context.

So in rejecting all conformity, because it doesn't matter anyway, all skills are valid but only some grant you benefits of a crystal understanding? Not sure I agree that creation isn't rewarded in traditional society. I'd give you non-compliance as a creative endeavour though.
