Capitalism makes the rules of society more explicit and legible. Therefore, capitalism benefits people who benefit from the rules of society being explicit and legible, and harms those who benefit from the rules of society being opaque. Much follows from this.

So the playing field is level but some are disadvantaged technically & benefit only because their 'social competency' doesn't let them play equally or at least appear to?

At a certain level of nihilism all skills are equal. Ability to use force or manipulation is as valid a skill as technical ability. Everything in its proper place and proportion I suppose. But a society that rewards creation is typically less traditionalist and high context.

The idea that capitalism doesnt reward social games is laughable. Ever worked at a large company before?

This is an interesting claim and I want to think about it more. My quick thought is that capitalism at the macro scale is less legible but creates an illusion of legibility by incentivizing explainers/marketing. For instance I wouldn't call stock market movements legible.
