The fascist futurists were gender essentialists who worshiped certain fixed notions of masculinity, human nature, etc. They endorsed war and statist megaindustry as *expressions* of this. There's a pretty big gulf between this and transhumanist queering of categories.

Note that I also don't think this distinction has anything to do with manifest behavior. My position is literally "people's brains are different and there are different ideal methods of treatment for the resulting conditions", but am still called gender essentialist, truscum etc
I guess I should also say, if you were to ask me "what are these brain conditions and different methods of treatment" I'd say "I don't know, nor does anyone currently living, therefore you should reject any perspective claiming otherwise regardless of credentials or authority"
