I will tend to oppose anything that involves the privileging of strong emotions and even more so when those emotions constitute "common sense". "Common sense" in that context is just a form of being spoiled that's protected by numbers.
"I don't think I should have to..." shut up. Move within the space allotted to you and stop whining. I have no rights, and character in proportion to my lack of rights. By extension the best thing that could happen to you is for you to accept that you have no rights either.
