RMS isn’t a neuroatypical victim. He’s a villain. He’s a predator who’s been coddled & protected, REFUSING to work on even understanding why his behavior is so toxic, driving countless women away. People saying he’s “just weird” are playing apologist to an unrepentant predator.pic.twitter.com/092LKKIMl4

There’s a multitude of positions to take on the current consequences of his atrocious, unbounded, previously uncorrected decades of abhorrent, inexcusable behavior. Defending him isn’t the compassionate take. That take supports excusing predators & ignores the harm he’s done.pic.twitter.com/G5Sql6KojH

If MIT & other organizations nipped RMS & other predatory toxicity in the bud, that might have forced him to at least try to curb his bad tendencies. They didn’t, emboldening him to continue. Now he’s paying interest on an extended loan of tolerance he never earned. About timepic.twitter.com/iskVjRKROF

PS Calling his current living situation “homeless” is further evidence of unbelievable coddling on the part of his apologists. He’s looking for an apartment. He owns property in Cambridge. I’ve been homeless & that ain’t it. Time for RMS to grow tf up.https://twitter.com/nateberkopec/status/1178384995460755461?s=21 …

Perhaps other people have been homeless for other reasons and are projecting onto him based on personal experience
