      Jack 6 3 9, presumably rainbow. A very weak holding in Omaha. A 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 T J Q K A makes base 14. If you see your opponent playing this they're either a potato or you're in a very high stakes, deep stacked game where everyone is a pro and the metagame actually exists.

      Rainbow means all the cards are different suits (so no ability to hit a flush), and weak holding just means bad cards but in more mathy terms.
