It's like global warming denial. It's obviously a Straussian gimmick designed to corral the stupid, while the elite know it's real but also know that horseshit like the Green New Deal would just be total tyranny and then death. Dunno what the reason for lying about race is though

I guess from an accelerationist perspective a highly productive racist economy is easier to implement than a slightly more productive non-racist economy, so it gets us to singularity faster, but I don't know if anyone actually thinks that clearly and it's all hidden behind denial

Alright so, my thought process is basically this: There are more functions to jobs than just productivity. Not even getting into the question of "productivity towards what?" (which is an inherently authoritarian question but not necessarily a bad one). There's status, dignity etc

Pre-singularity you could say that productivity is everything, because you're basically talking about achieving infinite utility in a closing opportunity window. But that's still just an opinion. Post-singularity, productivity is basically irrelevant because it's always infinite.

I have said before that it is more important to me that the best person gets the job than anything else including the survival of the human species, and I meant that.

There may be only ~4000 black people in the US with genius level IQs but when I think about even one of them working at Wal Mart or whatever it pisses me off. I would give up way more than just some small units of productivity over this. It's not because I value diversity either.

I don't care that John Smith the manager discovered that the secret to business synergy is actually racism or whatever, that's neat, it's an interesting fact, but if it means unqualified white people have jobs that would be better filled by (small numbers of) qualified blacks, no

And the numbers are so small you could literally just give every black person with a genius level IQ a job and it would make basically no difference to the labor composition, and then fuck all the others.
