There's nothing wrong with homosexuality, but from a standpoint of technicality, the removal of homosexuality from the DSM has exactly as much legitimacy as the addition of scientology to the list of protected religions. Both were the result of infiltration, not deliberation.
I'm not sure whether you're asking: 1. About other things removed from the DSM 2. About other things not yet being removed from the DSM I'm going to assume 2: the removal of homosexuality from the DSM was a triumph of political and social power that other groups don't possess.
