I found out you can buy a tank even though it's illegal to drive them on a highway, which begs the question: if you have a tank, what does "illegal" mean

Only W. European nato members utilize roadways to move tanks. They have done extensive evaluations of bridges & have detailed demolition plans in case of a soviet invasion. All other nations use rail almost exclusively. Rail marches are huge training exercises in US and Russia.
