there are a lot of things that can go progressively wrong with your body that you can just fix if you only wait until they go disturbingly wrong before you start doing anything about them instead of waiting until they go catastrophically wrong
It's mostly in the mornings but also tends to happen whenever I eat.

I don't anymore in the mornings and at work because I can't afford to throw up at work and get fired, but I still have to try eating in the evening. My power level is not high enough for breatharianism yet unfortunately.
