Why stop at two? My draconic theory of race can be extended to any culture that has ever had any kind of dragon or dragon-like myth, as well as any culture that ever descended from or had contact with them, and concerns only a small minority of each culture.
In effect it is unfalsifiable, infinitely modular, and exactly as generalizable or exact as I need it to. Everyone I like is dragons, and everyone I don't like is not dragons.
