It's orthogonal to anti-natalism. At least in Land, the idea is that there's a lot of "birth", just no longer of humans. The key premise of anti-natalism is harm minimization, whereas Land explicitly relishes the idea of eternal harm and wants an ecosystem that optimizes for it.
