It's orthogonal to anti-natalism. At least in Land, the idea is that there's a lot of "birth", just no longer of humans. The key premise of anti-natalism is harm minimization, whereas Land explicitly relishes the idea of eternal harm and wants an ecosystem that optimizes for it.
I don't think the anti-vitalism of accelerationism is equivalent to anti-natalism in form or consequence, no. But if you want to know for sure, just get an antinatalist to read Land and tell you whether they are horrified or not. Which actually raises another point 1/2

In a way, the lovecraftian horror overtones of CCRU group theory demonstrate that an undercurrent of anti-natalist ethos is already present accelerationism, but it is present as a kind of thanatophilic drive in this case. 2/2
