And I saw a lot of protestors in LA handing out sanitizers and more then once "if you feel sick go home."

Masks. In New York at least, I’d put mask usage at 90%.
Been to several of these in STL. The first ones were about 90%. Last evening, a neighborhood one with 200-300 people was closer to 99%.
