McConnell is working to fulfill a plan that has been implicit in GOP policy since the Reagan Revolution [destroy govt]. While Trump may be the useful idiot of the moment, it is still McConnell's agenda that is being fulfilled - oftentimes w/ little or no MSM reporting/analysis.
