    Kenzie was diagnosed with Perthes Disease at just 4 years old. After 2 major surgeries, hydrotherapy & physiotherapy 💪 Kenzie is thriving & now part of a children’s Tag Rugby team! 🏉 Mum Tara said; “We honestly wouldn’t be where we are today without Alder Hey."

    Finally out. he's been such a brave boy this past week. From fluid drained from the spine to 3/4 bloods taking every day. 💙

    Whilst we are gutted to have to wait longer for the surgery, we are so grateful to the wonderful teams at Noah's Ark & Alder Hey Children's Hospitals for their amazing efforts in treating and looking after our boy! Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

    I love being part of It gives kids like me a chance to get my voice heard. And we get to co-produce lots of things with them. If you're a patient & want to be involved in decision making you should definitely join. Plus we have lots of fun!!

    What is co-production? It is a meeting of minds coming together to find shared solutions. People are equal partners and able to share power. It's about developing more equal partnerships between people who use services, carers and professionals.
