I had to see a dentist yesterday. I have no health/dental cover. I paid $170 for an exam & 1 x-ray. I need to have further x-rays & significant work done. I can't actually afford it. Not sure what I'm going to do, frankly.

Even worse, my 12yo son had covid like symptoms, so weren't allowed to go into the medical centre, had to book telehealth but then got charged full price as he had not been to the practice in 12 months. Financially punished for being healthy and not using Medicare funds???
