I am so very proud to have put this chart together, to represent the gender identity of people in England and Wales in #Census2021 #genderidentity 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈One of the most important charts I've ever made!

Curious about the @makingwithdata book? I had the pleasure of interviewing one of the co-authors, Samuel Huron @cybunk. He is telling us more about how the book came about, and how to document the making & crafting process of #dataphyz & #datasculpture! datartefacts.hypotheses.org/1680

I'm not posting any more content on this platform other than promotion about the new book. I'm on Mastodon: @albertocairo@mastodon.social —copy that in your Mastodon search; the idiot who now owns Twitter blocks links to Mastodon—and Linkedin linkedin.com/in/albertocair (more soon)

I downloaded my archive a few weeks ago. I then deleted my Twitter history. I was a bit wary at the time but, in hindsight, it was the right decision. Any content visible here helps the finances of very bad actors—Nazis, transphobes, etc.,— including this platform's owner.

Just in case you haven't seen it, Musk has given access to Twitter data not only to Weiss, but also to another notorious bigot, Abigail Shrier. Another reason to, at a minimum, significantly reduce our activity in this cesspool of a platform.

This comes from Bari Weiss's rag. It encapsulates the solipsistic, sociopathic worldview of some prominent substackers, a combination of moral egoism and naive realism: Damn the impacts on the people I report on; what matters is whether *I* am curious about the Truth about them.
