    You don’t get to stoke the fire at the beginning of the tournament by labelling our anti-racism message as ‘Gesture Politics’ & then pretend to be disgusted when the very thing we’re campaigning against, happens.

    I am disgusted that players who have given so much for our country this summer have been subject to vile racist abuse on social media. It has no place in our country and I back the police to hold those responsible accountable.

    Any relief from pain is welcome - but ‘ketamine as medication’ is still medication - we need to focus on the main cause of mental distress, ie social inequalities and the impact this has on personal and family wellbeing

    Care home worker today told me a resident refused a shower “because he has a personality disorder” (as if this somehow explains everything!) Shows how unexceptional behaviour becomes pathologised when ppl have this toxic label applied to them.

    A service user of mine has been temporarily rehoused on the 6 lane North Circular in London. We can’t expect ppl to recover from mental distress living in environments like this.

    The on the difficult (and arbitrary) transition from children's mental health service to adults at 18. It can feel brutal for those involved, and often leaves young people feeling abandoned or rejected.
