    Euro at tad higher >$1.14 mark after the ECB monetary policy decision. No changes to rates, PEPP or guidance as expected. But the tiering multiple was left unchanged. Some analysts had expected a gift to banks.

    $6 Trillion… Wow. $6 Trillion is more money than the United States has *ever* spent on science over the countries entire 240 year history. One might say that a little investment in science and disease outbreak tracking could have saved us an incredible amount of money.

    Imagine that. The slowest economy recovery ever, built on record debt expansion, cheap money and record monetary expansion ends up needing rescuing with even more debt, more cheap money and even more monetary expansion. Who would've thought?
