    Gen. Milley was trying to avoid World War III. If anyone should be fired, it's Marco Rubio. And here's one way to make that happen:

    Gen. Milley, understanding that the Commander in Chief was a lunatic and a Putin sock-puppet, takes steps to prevent World War III. He doesn't deserve to be fired; he deserves a medal. It's a shame, though, that Rubio can't be fired--until next year.
