In large markets, in addition to answering where users are, also becomes imp to answer “where are the least resistant users” .. those who will take least effort to test out strategies & accordingly you would play FOS or digital or something else.. 3/

How well you “integrate” NPS (and not just measure it in parallel), also becomes imp / adds long-lens sustainability NPS isn’t just a number. NPS isn’t just a Customer Success emotion too. NPS “IS” the PRODUCT. 4/4
